Salesforce Certified Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Engaging in hands-on configuration of the Litify platform, the full-time Implementation Consultant (Salesforce Certified) will manage client onboarding, ensure successful project go-lives, and collaborate with project teams to design and deploy Salesforce solutions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the hands-on implementation cycle for clients, reporting to an Engagement/Project Manager
- Participate in regular client interactions to gather requirements and present solutions
- Collaborate with project teams to discover, design, build, test, and deploy Litify solutions
Required qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform as an Administrator or Consultant
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Automation, particularly strong knowledge of Flow
- Expertise in setting up users, profiles, and roles within Salesforce
- Experience with data migration using tools like Apex Data Loader
- Proficiency in configuring reports and dashboards in Salesforce
