Salesforce Certified Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager (IP).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic Salesforce configurations and manage data migration processes
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and provide solutions
• Track project management tasks and provide training and documentation to clients

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Administration Certification and experience with configurations and customization
• Project Management background preferred (PMP certification, etc.)
• 2-4 years of experience as a solution consultant or data analyst in enterprise software implementations
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
• Industry experience in B2B software and familiarity with academic institutions or research hospitals preferred
