Job Summary

Bringing deep expertise in Salesforce administration, the full-time remote Salesforce Certified Pardot Manager will optimize the Salesforce ecosystem, manage Pardot instances, and enhance automation and data quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize Salesforce and Pardot platforms, ensuring support for demand generation and revenue operations
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, managing integrations and improving operational efficiency
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to enhance pipeline visibility and decision-making across teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Pardot
• Deep experience in Salesforce and Pardot configuration and automation
• Experience with Sales Cloud and reporting/analytics
• Proven ability to manage support and strategic initiatives simultaneously
• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive measurable business outcomes
