Job Summary

Driving the strategy and optimization of the revenue technology ecosystem, the full-time Salesforce Certified Revenue Systems Director will manage CRM architecture, enhance system integrations, and improve data infrastructure in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Defining and executing the vision and roadmap for the revenue technology ecosystem
  • Owning CRM architecture and ensuring system scalability across revenue functions
  • Leading integration strategy across various operational platforms to improve automation and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Systems, Sales Operations, or related fields
  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Gong and Salesforce (Salesforce Admin Certification required)
  • Experience in managing complex system architectures and implementing data governance frameworks
  • Proven success in leading large-scale systems implementations and optimization initiatives
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing technology vendors
