Job Summary

A company is looking for a Success Guide/Senior Success Guide focused on Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions
• Provide recommendations and best practices to improve adoption and achieve business outcomes
• Deliver assessments on organizational health and security, and lead interactive demos and solution-building sessions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required
• Experience in developing custom solutions in Salesforce Lightning using LWC and Apex
• Familiarity with data integration tools and platform security capabilities
• Consultative approach with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
