Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer - Tier 1 (Salesforce Certified).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with complex Salesforce/Litify issues and answer technical questions
  • Debug issues, discern between configuration issues and product bugs, and reproduce issues in Salesforce sandboxes
  • Develop knowledgebase articles and video walkthroughs for customer support
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of technical customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS
  • 1-3 years of experience working in Salesforce with relevant certifications (e.g., ADM-201)
  • Experience with a ticketing system, preferably Atlassian Jira and Service Cloud
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with basic Salesforce configuration changes
