Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer - Tier 1 (Salesforce Certified).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with complex Salesforce/Litify issues and answer technical questions
- Debug issues, discern between configuration issues and product bugs, and reproduce issues in Salesforce sandboxes
- Develop knowledgebase articles and video walkthroughs for customer support
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of technical customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS
- 1-3 years of experience working in Salesforce with relevant certifications (e.g., ADM-201)
- Experience with a ticketing system, preferably Atlassian Jira and Service Cloud
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic Salesforce configuration changes
