Job Summary
Bridging sales, marketing, and software engineering, the full-time Go-To-Market Systems Engineer will own the architecture and continuous improvement of the technology stack for sales and marketing teams, building automated revenue systems while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture, administration, and optimization of core GTM platforms, including Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools
- Design and maintain integrations between GTM systems to ensure consistent data flow across the revenue tech stack
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce manual work for revenue teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GTM systems administration or related technical roles
- Deep Salesforce expertise with required Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Developer, or Platform App Builder certification
- Proven experience integrating tools such as Outreach, HubSpot, or similar GTM platforms
- Ability to write and troubleshoot code (SOQL, SQL, Python, JavaScript) for integrations and automation
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process and how GTM teams operate
