Salesforce Certified Technical Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing technical enablement team, the remote Salesforce Certified Technical Consultant will design, build, and implement technical solutions within the Practifi platform, collaborating with Business Analysts to meet client requirements and deliver impactful results.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement technical solutions based on client requirements captured through SOWs and discovery sessions
- Configure Salesforce and Practifi objects, and build screen flows and record trigger flows of moderate complexity
- Lead client training sessions and provide guidance on best practices as a dedicated technical resource
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, or technical consulting
- Salesforce Admin I Certification (required)
- Hands-on experience building screen flows and record trigger flows
- Proficiency with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader and Salesforce Inspector
- Understanding of the Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets
