Job Summary
To support client projects, the full-time remote Salesforce Certified Technical Consultant will manage requirements gathering, build solutions in Practifi, and conduct training sessions while collaborating closely with Business Analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client projects by scoping requirements and designing solutions in partnership with a Business Analyst
- Lead client calls to gather project requirements and build solutions following the defined development lifecycle
- Run training sessions and demos to ensure clients understand the implemented solutions
Required qualifications
- Salesforce Admin I Certification
- Experience configuring Salesforce and Practifi objects, fields, and page layouts
- Comfort with Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and Dev Console
- Working knowledge of Salesforce's security model and configuration
- Genuine curiosity about system integration and the ability to communicate technical decisions effectively to non-technical clients
