Salesforce Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Human Centered Change Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct empathy-based discovery through user research and journey mapping to understand employee interactions with systems
• Perform change impact analyses and design interventions to address organizational friction points
• Develop strategic communication plans and facilitate workshops to ensure solutions meet user needs

Required Qualifications

• Active IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) or Public Trust clearance is required
• Prosci Certified Change Manager or equivalent is required
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Certifications are preferred
• 6+ years of experience in Change Management or Organizational Development, with at least 3 years in Salesforce transformations
• Proven experience applying Human Centered Design principles to technology or digital transformation initiatives
