Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Analyst (Salesforce Commerce Cloud).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for SFCC implementations
• Support the design and configuration of SFCC functionality to meet business needs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst in a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) environment
• Strong understanding of SFCC architecture, features, and configuration capabilities
• Experience in ecommerce or digital retail projects
• Experience working with consultancies or in client-facing roles
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
