Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect
Job Summary
To ensure smooth implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions, the full-time Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect will guide project teams, engage with customer stakeholders, and design innovative solutions while focusing on Vlocity CPQ and related Salesforce products.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers through the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions as a key contributor on project teams
- Lead discovery sessions to define business outcomes and synthesize requirements into user stories and solution documentation
- Manage deployments and oversee the delivery and testing of custom development specifications
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of client-facing consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
- 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Solution Architecture role
- 3+ years of implementing Vlocity CPQ and/or Communications Cloud
- Experience integrating Salesforce with tools like MuleSoft and Open API
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; Salesforce certifications required
