Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Configuration Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, implement, and maintain Salesforce application functionality
• Review business requirements, assist with ticket resolution, and participate in Agile ceremonies
• Provide support for operational activities, troubleshoot escalated issues, and ensure adherence to departmental standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4 years of experience in analyzing business processes and data
• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or Salesforce Administrator
• Experience in higher education, particularly in advancement or fundraising
• Advanced technical knowledge of application systems and industry best practices
