Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary

To support the optimization and ongoing development of the Salesforce environment, an experienced part-time Salesforce Consultant will administer and configure Salesforce, improve workflows, and drive efficiency across departments in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Salesforce, including users, roles, profiles, workflows, and reports
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions within Salesforce
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and troubleshoot issues for internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
• Experience with Lightning components and strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
• Familiarity with Flow, Process Builder, or Apex is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
