Job Summary

Seeking a qualified Salesforce Consultant for a remote, part-time engagement focused on enhancing and optimizing the existing Salesforce environment, including automating tasks, building department-specific applications, cleaning up contact automation, and creating executive dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and enhance current automation processes to reduce manual work and improve task assignment
• Design and develop custom applications tailored to departmental needs, ensuring scalability and maintainability
• Audit and clean contact data, establishing standards for ongoing data integrity and automation

Required qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform Developer I certification preferred
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including automation and custom applications
• Demonstrated experience in data cleaning and maintaining data integrity at scale
• Ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions and communicate with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience designing executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting in Salesforce
