Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Consultant (LSAP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with customers to implement declarative changes in Salesforce, ensuring proper QA and launch procedures
  • Collaborate with customers to develop solutions that enhance user efficiency and improve business management
  • Coordinate with Support Engineers to troubleshoot configuration issues and assist Customer Success Managers in achieving client goals
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform as an IT leader, Admin, or Consultant
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Automations, particularly with strong Flow knowledge
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues across the Salesforce platform
  • Understanding of data migration processes and familiarity with accounting platforms is a plus
