Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Consultant (Litify Success Accelerator Program).
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to implement changes in their Salesforce environment while following QA and launch procedures
- Collaborate with customers to develop solutions that enhance user efficiency and business management
- Coordinate with Support Engineers to troubleshoot configuration issues and work with Customer Success Managers to achieve client goals
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform as an IT leader, Admin, or Consultant
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Automations, particularly with Flows
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues across the Salesforce platform
- Understanding of data migration to Salesforce using tools like Apex Data Loader
