Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Consultant (Litify Success Accelerator Program).

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to implement changes in their Salesforce environment while following QA and launch procedures
• Collaborate with customers to develop solutions that enhance user efficiency and business management
• Coordinate with Support Engineers to troubleshoot configuration issues and work with Customer Success Managers to achieve client goals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform as an IT leader, Admin, or Consultant
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Automations, particularly with Flows
• Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues across the Salesforce platform
• Understanding of data migration to Salesforce using tools like Apex Data Loader
