Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary

Responsible for executing declarative tasks within projects, the remote Salesforce Consultant will manage client relationships, deliver high-quality solutions, and ensure project success while leveraging extensive Salesforce knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for client relationships and project communication
• Own and execute projects according to established methodologies, managing timelines and deliverables
• Participate in discovery, solutioning, and documentation efforts while facilitating client feedback and satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud architecture
• Strong technology consulting experience with a focus on Salesforce-enabled business solutions
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies
• Salesforce Admin and Cloud Certifications preferred
• Familiarity with third-party tools commonly integrated with Salesforce is a plus
