Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary

To support and optimize Salesforce operations for a growing organization, the part-time Salesforce Consultant will administer the Salesforce platform, automate business processes, and assist with the adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities in a 100% remote contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and system performance
• Configure and support Salesforce Flows, including automated workflows and scheduled processes
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Salesforce Flows
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM process automation
• Experience supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining data quality
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with business teams
