Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as the primary onshore resource for multiple midsize engagements, the full-time remote Sr. Consultant (Midsize Engagements) will manage client relationships, develop project plans, and ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the primary liaison to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Develop and manage project plans, including budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with developers on solution reviews

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of consulting experience with Salesforce Implementation Partners
• 1-2+ years of experience managing multiple small to midsize engagements
• Experience acting as a Solution Architect or closely collaborating with one on at least 2 engagements
• Active Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Admin; Business Analyst; Service Cloud Consultant
• Depth of knowledge in Salesforce Cloud products, primarily Service and Sales Cloud
