Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary

To support a federal financial regulatory environment, the full-time remote Salesforce Consultant will lead projects focused on modernizing Salesforce capabilities, including migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, requirements leadership, and delivery support across configuration, testing, and deployment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead projects from prioritization through concept development, user story writing, and support for development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with government leads to manage project enhancement requests, clarifying objectives, constraints, and acceptance criteria
• Support Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration activities, including gap analysis and readiness planning

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of eight years of experience, or ten years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience leading requirements in an Agile delivery environment, including story mapping and user story writing
• Proven ability to translate complex business processes into clear requirements and actionable user stories
• Hands-on experience with declarative configuration and automation in Salesforce, including Salesforce Flow
• U.S. Citizenship is required
