Salesforce Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance sales operations, the remote 1099 Contractor Salesforce Consultant will lead projects focused on Salesforce infrastructure improvement and sales process documentation, including auditing and redesigning the Salesforce environment.
Key responsibilities
- Redesign the Client Service Line custom object in Salesforce while preserving existing data and improving user experience
- Conduct a comprehensive field audit across Salesforce objects, identifying and recommending actions for unused or duplicate fields
- Produce detailed user guides and documentation to facilitate the sales team's navigation of Salesforce throughout the customer journey
Required qualifications
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including custom object design and workflow automation
- Proven ability to create clear and structured process documentation, such as SOPs and user guides
- Experience mapping end-to-end workflows and understanding data flow between Salesforce objects
- Track record of delivering contract projects on time with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences
