Salesforce Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, the full-time remote Salesforce Consultant will configure Salesforce functionality, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and solution designs
- Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance test cases
- Document business processes, requirements, and functional configurations while collaborating with team members
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Salesforce-focused role
- 2+ years of experience testing Salesforce or other enterprise applications
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Industry Cloud
- Experience developing and executing test cases and documenting defects
- Interest in pursuing Salesforce certifications and developing a career in consulting
