Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary

Leading functional delivery across key project workstreams, the full-time remote Senior Salesforce Consultant will translate complex client business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams throughout the implementation process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams across discovery, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with business leaders to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

Required qualifications

• B.S. in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of technology consulting, CRM, or Salesforce implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and experience delivering solutions
• Experience facilitating client discovery sessions and leading functional workstreams
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior consultants or Business Analysts
