Salesforce Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a Salesforce Consultant for the Litify Success Accelerator Program, this full-time position will work remotely to assist customers with Salesforce configurations, improve user efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client operations.
Key responsibilities
- Make declarative changes in customer Salesforce orgs, adhering to QA and launch procedures
- Partner with customers to develop solutions that enhance business management and user efficiency
- Coordinate with Support Engineers to troubleshoot configuration issues and complete standard Salesforce admin tasks
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform as an IT leader, Admin, or Consultant
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Automations, particularly strong knowledge of Flows
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues across various layers of the Salesforce platform
- Understanding of data migration processes to the Salesforce platform using tools like Apex Data Loader
