Salesforce Consultant
Job Summary
To support a Department of War government environment, the full-time remote Salesforce Consultant will modernize and optimize Salesforce capabilities, focusing on configuration, automation, and programmatic development while collaborating with government product and program leads.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain Salesforce org configuration, including automation and security models
- Build and configure OmniStudio components and troubleshoot across environments
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), translating business requirements into scalable solutions
Required qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications; OmniStudio Developer/Consultant certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with at least five years in Salesforce development
- Hands-on experience with both point-and-click configuration and Apex/LWC development
- Demonstrated experience leading requirements in an Agile delivery environment
- U.S. Citizenship is required
