Salesforce Consultant - Experience Cloud

Job Summary

To support federal and public sector initiatives, the full-time remote Salesforce Consultant - Experience Cloud will lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops while configuring and delivering scalable Experience Cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements
• Configure and implement Experience Cloud solutions, including user journeys and portals
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional designs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce as a Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud configuration
• Proven ability to lead discovery and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Experience in Agile environments and supporting federal or regulated environments preferred
