Job Summary

The full-time Salesforce Coordinator will serve as the internal resource for the residential sales team, managing day-to-day interactions with Salesforce, providing solutions for business processes, and supporting user management and system improvements.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the user-facing administrator for the Residential Sales Salesforce organization with over 150 users
  • Respond to user troubleshooting cases and assist with onboarding and account setup for new users
  • Maintain Salesforce documentation and assist in the creation and management of standard and custom fields
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum six months to one year of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent relevant experience with a plan to obtain credentials within six months
  • Strong understanding of standard functionality in Salesforce and best practices
  • Proficient Excel skills for data manipulation and management
