Salesforce CPQ Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPQ Administrator to join their Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end quoting process and approval workflows, ensuring scalability and audit readiness
• Design and operationalize amendment paths across various offerings and maintain a compliant product catalog in Salesforce
• Oversee integration from CPQ to NetSuite, ensuring compliance with internal controls and lead change management efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in CPQ administration with hands-on configuration and program management experience
• Experience as the lead CPQ Admin with a deep understanding of amendment logic and ERP integrations
• Experience maintaining processes under SOC 1 / SOC 2 compliance, including internal controls and audit documentation
• Certifications required: Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator
• Strong stakeholder management and change management experience
