Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst- Salesforce CPQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee productivity and customer experience
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for projects and enhancements
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ system solutions and perform application configuration activities

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce CPQ experience required
• 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or in a related role
• Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ system administration and related tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in agile and waterfall project management methodologies preferred
