Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a senior Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst in a fully remote, 12-month contract role, the candidate will manage requirements gathering, lead testing phases, and ensure end-to-end validation across Salesforce and related systems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, user stories, and fit-gap analysis for Salesforce CPQ/CLM implementations
- Oversee SIT, UAT, regression, and go-live testing while managing defect triage and deployment readiness
- Ensure comprehensive validation across Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, SAP, and integrations/middleware
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ/CLM implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes and pricing workflows
- Experience with stakeholder management and testing leadership
