Salesforce CPQ/CLM Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a large-scale enterprise transformation program, the full-time remote Salesforce CPQ/CLM Business Analyst will manage business analysis, functional leadership, and testing activities, translating business needs into actionable system requirements and ensuring successful end-to-end business process execution.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate cross-functional workshops
- Lead testing activities across various phases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes
- Support functional ownership and continuous improvement of CPQ/CLM processes, validating configurations and workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce Opportunity-to-Quote, CPQ, CLM, and Quote-to-Cash processes
- Proven experience in business analysis and functional leadership roles
- Experience in leading testing and quality assurance activities
- Familiarity with integrations involving Salesforce, SAP, and middleware platforms
