Job Summary
Driving transformation across Lead-to-Quote and Quote-to-Cash processes, the hybrid Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and optimize revenue operations.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, leading workshops to define future-state capabilities
- Analyze and design solutions for product catalog management, pricing models, and revenue lifecycle processes within Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and process flows
Required qualifications
- 5-10+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud
- Strong domain expertise in subscription models, pricing strategies, and enterprise quote-to-cash processes
- Experience in business analysis and stakeholder management across various departments
- Proficiency in defining business rules for pricing, promotions, and entitlements
- Ability to support implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities
