Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Salesforce CPQ Lead Business Analyst will manage client relationships, lead discovery sessions, and translate business needs into detailed requirements while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted client relationships through proactive account management and effective project delivery
- Write user stories and lead discovery sessions to identify client business challenges and translate them into opportunities
- Provide leadership throughout project lifecycles, ensuring requirements are met and client satisfaction is maintained
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of Salesforce professional business analysis experience, including account management
- Minimum 1 year of consulting industry experience working with external clients
- Hands-on experience in configuring Sales and CPQ objects, with live demonstration required during the interview
- Experience working in an Agile environment and with data migration between systems
- Admin and Sales Cloud Consultant certification required; CPQ certification preferred
