Salesforce CPQ Specialist
Job Summary
Salesforce CPQ Specialist will work full-time to manage the Salesforce CPQ platform, enhancing the Quote-to-Order process through automation and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve the Salesforce CPQ instance, including product bundles and approval workflows
- Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ and Q2O processes, providing support to various stakeholders
- Design process automation and best practices to streamline the quote-to-order cycle
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with CPQ configuration expertise
- Salesforce Admin and CPQ Specialist certifications are required
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow for designing automation flows
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ functionalities such as pricing rules and quote templates
- Experience with AI-powered tools for CRM automation is a plus
