Job Summary

Owning the Salesforce CPQ domain end-to-end, the full-time remote Salesforce CPQ Technical Lead will design, build, and integrate scalable solutions while serving as the subject matter expert for CPQ processes and improving operational efficiency across GTM and revenue systems.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ processes, including product setup, pricing rules, and quote-to-cash issue resolution
  • Support integrations and data flows between Salesforce and relevant GTM applications, troubleshooting data movement and ensuring reliability
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to align solutions with business outcomes
Required qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, business systems, or revenue operations roles
  • 3+ years of direct experience with Salesforce CPQ in a complex B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ concepts, including pricing workflows and approvals
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and assess ambiguous business problems
  • Technical fluency in no-code, low-code, and custom solution options for revenue systems
