Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator - Enrollment Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, including integrations with ETL tools
- Perform application administration, including system backups, security settings, and data management tasks
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and provide technical support and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, Salesforce certifications, and/or experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Application Administration with Salesforce CRM
- At least two (2) years of experience with complex software systems and ETL integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce modules and tools such as Informatica, Axiom, and Conga Composer
- All qualifications must be met by the time of employment
