Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Admin, Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation, assisting with defining and scoping requests
- Perform enhancements, automation, and development within Salesforce, adjusting system logic and refining existing functionality
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business insights and ensure data quality
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, declarative tools, flows, modules/objects)
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices for scalable architecture and maintainability
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and validation rules
- Experience interfacing with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Excellent documentation skills
