Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Admin, Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation, assisting with defining and scoping requests
  • Perform enhancements, automation, and development within Salesforce, adjusting system logic and refining existing functionality
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business insights and ensure data quality
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, declarative tools, flows, modules/objects)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices for scalable architecture and maintainability
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and validation rules
  • Experience interfacing with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Excellent documentation skills
