Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce CRM Analyst to support the configuration and optimization of Salesforce CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce CRM functionality in partnership with IT
  • Analyze sales, pricing, and quoting requirements to translate them into effective Salesforce configurations
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards related to sales performance and operational visibility
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other CRM environments
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing structures, discounting, and quoting mechanics
  • Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards to support sales performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Salesforce or enterprise CRM platforms in a relevant capacity
