Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce CRM Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the CRM platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the CRM platform and enhance customer experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience as a CRM Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of CRM fundamentals and advanced features
• Experience supporting large-scale CRM implementations and upgrades
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM implementation, administration, and optimization
• Salesforce Developer 1 certification is required; II certification is a plus
