Salesforce CRM Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce CRM Lead to drive the delivery of a major CRM transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of the Salesforce CRM program from mobilization through go-live and stabilization
• Lead implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud as the system of record for leads, opportunities, quoting, and renewals
• Coordinate integration with enterprise systems and manage testing cycles across CRM and integrated platforms

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years leading CRM or enterprise application delivery programs
• Deep experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations
• Proven ability to lead CRM transformation initiatives from planning through deployment
• Experience managing systems integrators and multi-vendor delivery teams
• Strong experience driving user adoption and change management
