Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Salesforce CRM (Operational Lead).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the operational lead for the Salesforce Admin team, overseeing workload management and day-to-day issue resolution
  • Perform and oversee configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ, while maintaining documentation and data hygiene
  • Monitor system health and integrations, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending tactical enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Salesforce admin experience
  • Solid understanding of CPQ, Sales Cloud, and the GTM tech ecosystem
  • Experience guiding or mentoring admins/contractors
  • Experience with release management, sandboxes, and deployments
  • Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform, etc
