Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Salesforce CRM (Operational Lead) who has strong hands-on Salesforce expertise and can oversee day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the operational lead for the Salesforce Admin team, managing workload and issue resolution
  • Perform and oversee Salesforce configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
  • Monitor system health and identify improvement opportunities within the CRM ecosystem
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Salesforce admin experience
  • Solid understanding of CPQ, Sales Cloud, and the GTM tech ecosystem
  • Experience guiding or mentoring admins/contractors
  • Experience with release management, sandboxes, and deployments
  • Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform, etc
