Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce CRM Technical Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions and support end-to-end Sales Cloud processes
  • Implement and support bi-directional integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems, troubleshooting integration issues as needed
  • Manage Salesforce administration activities, ensuring security compliance and monitoring system health


Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a technical or techno-functional role
  • Strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, administration, Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Lightning Web Components
  • Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware platforms
  • Solid experience with data migration, data quality management, and system integrations
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture and Sales Cloud data model
