Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce CRM Technical Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions and support end-to-end Sales Cloud processes
- Implement and support bi-directional integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems, troubleshooting integration issues as needed
- Manage Salesforce administration activities, ensuring security compliance and monitoring system health
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a technical or techno-functional role
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, administration, Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Lightning Web Components
- Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware platforms
- Solid experience with data migration, data quality management, and system integrations
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and Sales Cloud data model
