Salesforce CRMA Developer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Salesforce CRMA Developer will design and implement end-to-end CRMA solutions, including data ingestion, dashboards, and analytics, while collaborating with business stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure high-quality analytics outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build CRMA solutions, including dataflows, datasets, and dashboards, to deliver actionable insights
• Establish best practices for CRMA development and collaborate with cross-functional teams on governance and security
• Work with business stakeholders to define KPIs and provide training to drive adoption of analytics solutions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) and related technologies
• Strong expertise in dataflows, recipes, SAQL, and advanced JSON configurations
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external data systems like AWS and Snowflake
• Proficiency in Salesforce core platform, including Apex and SOQL
• Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Discovery Consultant or equivalent certification preferred
