Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, the remote contract Salesforce Data Cloud Architect will design scalable data models and develop enterprise customer data strategies while ensuring high-quality data ingestion processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data models and identity resolution strategies for Salesforce Data Cloud
• Develop enterprise customer data strategies that support marketing, service, analytics, and AI initiatives
• Lead client discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of implementing Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles and experience with APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools
• Expert-level SQL skills and strong Python development experience for building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud objects, ingestion methods, and customer data platforms (CDPs)
