Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

Job Summary

To support large-scale multi-million-dollar Salesforce projects, the remote contract Salesforce Data Cloud Architect will leverage over 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, focusing on the implementation of Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Marketing Cloud while ensuring best practices in data management and enterprise architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable multi-tier architecture solutions for the Financial Services and Insurance sectors
• Oversee the full Salesforce application lifecycle development, including solutioning, planning, testing, and deployment methodologies
• Manage data migrations and segmentation setup in Data Cloud from third-party systems while ensuring compliance with authentication patterns

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce architecture with a proven track record in major F500 companies or consulting practices
• Expert level understanding and 5+ years of direct experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
• Extensive knowledge of platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
• Proven experience in configuration, setup, and data model design of Data Cloud, including Zero copy architecture
• Demonstrated client-facing experience with a strong desire to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem
