Salesforce Data Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Salesforce system engineers, the full-time remote Salesforce Data Engineering Manager will own critical workstreams for Salesforce-to-Salesforce integration and migration, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable data solutions while mentoring and developing team members.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the Dual Org Sync and Data Migration workstreams, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption during Salesforce integrations and migrations
• Design, deliver, and support scalable and secure Salesforce data solutions while translating business needs into technical plans
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, overseeing hiring, performance management, and career development

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software/data engineering, with 4+ years on the Salesforce platform
• 2+ years of people management experience in data engineering or Salesforce engineering teams
• Proven experience with Salesforce-to-Salesforce integrations and org-to-org data migrations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools, data modeling, and automation
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI technologies applied in engineering workflows
