Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Customer Data Governance - Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer data processes to ensure compliance with data standards and governance policies
  • Develop and maintain a Customer Data Dictionary with clear data definitions and business rules
  • Oversee data quality maintenance, including the resolution of data issues and duplicate records
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years in Salesforce data management or CRM data governance
  • Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and customer data model design
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality metrics
  • Experience with data cleansing and deduplication tools
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Management, or a related field
