Job Summary

Leading complex data migration projects within the Salesforce ecosystem, the full-time Salesforce Data Migration Architect will develop and implement data migration strategies, manage ETL pipelines, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive data migration strategies for Salesforce implementations and upgrades
• Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements, ensuring alignment between legacy systems and Salesforce data structures
• Build, test, and manage ETL pipelines using industry-standard tools while maintaining compliance with data governance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in data migration, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core architecture and specific clouds
• Proficiency with ETL tools and strong SQL skills
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Administrator or Platform Data Architect
